Officers responding to a report of a domestic disturbance between a dad and son arrived at the house on the 400 block of Market Street around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, according to the Oxford Police Department.
Devon Scott made "several verbal threats about burning down the residence with the family inside," police said.
Scott was arrested and taken to the Oxford District Court, where he was arraigned on charges of terroristic threats and harassment, authorities said.
He was taken to Chester County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail, records show.
